Frequently Asked Questions

Quick answers to the most common questions.

What do I need to bring to the appointment?

A valid, government-issued photo ID (driver's license or passport) and the documents you need notarized. Please do not sign anything before I arrive — Kentucky law requires me to witness your signature in person.

How long does the appointment take?

The notarization itself takes about 5–10 minutes. I schedule 20-minute windows to allow for ID checks, document review, and any questions you have. No rush.

Can I come to you instead?

Sure. If you'd prefer to meet at a coffee shop, library, or public space, that works too. The same mobile fee applies — I still travel to the meeting point.

Do you work evenings and weekends?

Yes — and there's no extra charge. Most private sales happen after 5 PM or on weekends. I know the schedule, and I accommodate it.

Do you notarize things other than titles?

Absolutely. Affidavits, powers of attorney, living wills, permission-to-travel letters, loan documents, real estate forms — any document that requires notarization. Same pricing applies.

What forms of payment do you accept?

Cash, Venmo, and Zelle. Payment is due at the time of service. I disclose all fees upfront when you book — no surprises.
